    ReignofFaith,
I did look at some of your other posts as I said I would but then I ask myself why should I post a comment if when I do you delete or unapprove it. It seems to me that as far as you are concerned the Holy Spirit tells you what to write and therefore what you write is final and should not be challenged by anyone. If someone endorses it you are happy to post their comment but if someone questions it you delete or unapprove. Well it is your blog and of course you may run it as you see fit. However I have read some of your postings and there are question marks over what you state in some areas. For example, under the “You are Healed” post you speak as if believers are already healed and all they need to do is to speak it. You have not suggested any other alternatives as to how someone will receive healing. Yet I read in the scriptures that if there is anyone sick among the church they should call for the elders of the church to pray for him and annoint him and the prayer of faith shall save the sick. This is what it says in the Book of James. Paul also encouraged Timothy to take wine for his stomach and his often infirmities (1 Tim 5:23). Yet it seems you are saying one need but speak to receive healing.

Well like I said it is your blog so you will do what you wish with this comment. My advice to you though is that you need to be careful of the message you convey and do not elevate some scriptures at the expenses of others but try to bring a more wholistic view of scriptures. Discussing a topic with others will also help broaden yours and theirs understanding. If Peter was so upright in all his ways why did Paul rebuke him in Galations? So too we need to acknowledge that we are not perfect and can make mistakes in our interpretations. Only Christ is infallible.

Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage–with great patience and careful instruction.(2 Tim 4:2)

Oh Henry smh. I do not see any point in engaging you or Tony in discussion. I am okay with you not agreeing. It seems like both of you are more focused on disproving others than encouraging people to fulfill their purpose, walk in love, etc. I feel as though discussion has been unfruitful.

My blog is focused on spreading the Word of God to those whom are hurting, in need, lost, and even following Christ. It will stay that way. If a comment doesnt measure up to the standard of love the Lord has called me to, then it will not be accepted. If I feel discourse portrays Christians in a disorderly, combative, and disunified or otherwise unfavorable manner, it too will be avoided.

I must seek God on what is the purpose of my blog and act accordingly. I encourage you to seek Him as well. All are welcome on my blog but I wont compromise its purpose to satisfy an ego, including mine.

      Thanks for reading!

      May the Lord bless you.

    Reignoffaith,

Scripture says that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. This means that a little bit of error can cause people to walk contrarily to the Word of God. So how can people walk in their purpose if they are following error? And please note I speak in general terms here and not directing broadside at you personally. The reason I started my blog therefore is that I discovered that in most churches I encountered they were not teaching the things of Jesus Christ. I find that many were attempting to preach a message from Old Testament scriptures when the great commission was about putting the church in rememberance of the teachings of our Saviour. My purpose therefore is not about disproving others but moreso about bringing people back into line with scriptures so that they may be sound in the faith (Titus 1:13). If I find teachings therefore that contains errors I will challenge that error. The tithing doctrine for example is one of the biggest errors propagated in the church today but many are too blind to see this. To say therefore that if you were discuss this with me would prove unfruitful doesn’t do justice to any of us. Does not the scripture say: He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him (Pr 18:13)? The problem therefore is not that a discussion would be unfruitful it is the simple fact that many including you have made up their minds on the issue and refuse to even hear someone else’s scriptural view on it. You can only judge something to be unfruitful after the discussion, not before.

It is the will of Jesus Christ that we be all of one mind (Rom 15:5). But scriptures also warn that many heresies will come into the church and there are many false doctrines parading in the church today which are elevated and promoted as “the word of God”. But many people do not apply discernment and do the Berean thing and examine if those things were so before accepting them. Imagine there are bishops in the church today promoting 666 and saying there is nothing wrong or evil about this money such that there are many Christians today tatooing this number on themselves. The truth those is that some heresies are less blatant than this. Do you not think it is also the will of God challenge these things by showing what the Word actually says?

    Peace out.

    ReignofFaith,

You might want to revisit the above post in light of Eph 2 here:

14For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 17And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
